Robert currently holds memberships in various associations including the State Bar of Texas, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and serves as a director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Texas A&M University, demonstrating a strong foundation in his field. Subsequently, he pursued his legal education at Texas Tech School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. Mr. Waltman is licensed in Texas and Oklahoma.

Due to his passion for safeguarding the rights of Texas residents, Mr. Waltman, along with his partner, founded Waltman Grisham. Since then, he has been helping clients navigate through complicated legal matters.

He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® each year since 2003, and he has an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®.
