Rob received his B.S. from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of the State of Texas, the Brazos County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Waltman has tried many personal injury lawsuits which have resulted in numerous awards. He takes a strong interest in each of his clients. Mr. Waltman is a frequent lecturer on topics relating to personal injury trial law, product liability and related topics. He maintains an aggressive personal injury practice which emphasizes suits against manufacturers of dangerous products, work place safety and motor vehicle crashes.

Rob is now licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
