Donna graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her BBA from Lamar University. Before joining Waltman & Grisham, she began her career with a prominent litigation firm in Houston, Texas. Her expertise includes litigation of products liability, toxic tort, commercial, and persoanl injury cases. Donna earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, and is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas. Prior to entering law school, she worked for over 10 years as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury and business litigation.

Rusty Harrison

Rusty graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1992, then earned a M.A. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1996 while working full time . Thereafter, Mr. Harrison earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1999 from South Texas College of Law, where he served as an Editor of the South Texas Law Review, successfully participated in numerous moot court and mock trial competitions, and received the Law Review's Judge John G. Bowes Memorial Writing Award for outstanding student scholarship. After law school, Mr. Harrison served a one-year term as Briefing Attorney to Judge Murry B. Cohen of the First District Court of Appeals , before accepting a position with a litigation boutique in Houston, Texas , where he focused his practice on personal injury and commercial contingent fee litigation . Mr. Harrison has been the lead trial lawyer on both sides of the docket for clients involved in admiralty, personal injury, employment, and commercial claims. He has also successfully handled appellate matters before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, California Supreme Court, and Texas appellate courts. Mr. Harrison is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), Christian Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) , and is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's Trial Skills Seminar.
