A Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University, Lynn received his J.D. Cum Laude from Texas Tech School of Law. He served as associate editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.

Mr. Grisham is a member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brazos County Bar Association. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Grisham's primary areas of concern include representation of victims of wrongful serious injury or death as a result of oil field related fires and explosions, defective automobiles, defective products, and defective recreational vehicles.

Lynn is now licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
