Donna Emenhiser

Highly skilled in various areas of law, Donna focuses a majority of her practice on cases involving complex estate litigation, family law, product liability, and other serious injury and death cases. Additionally, she is back by years of experience handling commercial and business litigation cases.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Lamar University, where she graduated magna cum laude, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence. Donna continued her educational journey at the University of Houston Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Her academic achievements and commitment to excellence underscore her legal expertise and dedication to her profession

Over the course of her career, Donna has developed a particular interest in litigation of matters affecting families and the community. Her litigation cases are generally complex matters involving injury to a person, will contests, mistreatment of a beneficiary, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, trustee impropriety, divorce, and child custody, as well as breach of contract cases and other business disagreements.

Donna enjoys the intellectual challenges of intricate, multi-faceted legal research and persuasive writing.  Her years of resolving multitudes of complicated, thought-provoking legal and factual questions allows her the confidence to take on even the most perplexing of legal issues.
