Biography

For twenty years, Attorney Donna Emenhiser has advocated for those who have become victims of serious accidents throughout Texas and the other states. While she is highly skilled in various areas of law, Ms. Emenhiser focuses a majority of her practice on cases involving complex estate litigation, product liability, and other personal injury cases. Additionally, Ms. Emenhiser is backed by years of experience handling commercial and business litigation cases. Because she is passionate about safeguarding the rights and futures of her clients, she works diligently to examine every detail of the case in order to generate superior legal solutions.

Before becoming a personal injury and business litigation attorney, Ms. Emenhiser worked as a legal assistant for more than a decade. During this time, she gained comprehensive knowledge regarding complex laws and other factors that greatly affect commercial and personal injury suits. Using this knowledge, Ms. Emenhiser crafts strong legal strategies for every one of her clients.

Over the course of her career, Donna has developed a particular interest in probate litigation, Elder Law, and litigation of other matters affecting the elderly, their families, and the community. Her litigation cases are generally complex matters involving multiple parties, various legal subjects, and multifaceted factual circumstances ranging from mistreatment of a beneficiary, misrepresentation, fraud, trustee impropriety, breach of duty by a guardian or other fiduciary, injury to a person, judgment collection, breach of contract, and other commercial business disagreements.

Prior to committing her career to legal work, Ms. Emenhiser attended Lamar University, where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration, graduating magna cum laude. After completing her undergraduate coursework, she enrolled at the University of Houston where she earned her Juris Doctorate.

Currently, she is a member of various associations, including the National Academny of Elder Law Attorneys, the U.S. District Court in Texas, the American Bar Association, the AAJ, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brazos County Bar Association.
